Invatech has redefined pharmacy PMRs. Titan PMR has integrated patient safety, increasing volumes and decreasing pharmacy resources, allowing the offering of clinical services. The dispensary is completely organised and tidy at all times; dispensing revolves around the patient’s prescription. Many features are surely destined to be industry standard. The TitanVerse is an ecosystem that has allowed further innovations from repeat ordering, NMS management and integration with 3 rd party developers. Titan PMR is cloud based; this lends itself to management of multiple sites. Everything is completely streamlined; it’s simply beautiful. Absolutely revolutionary & surely destined to be market leader.

Titan PMR has been a complete gamechanger for my pharmacy, fundamentally transforming both my professional life and my work-life balance. Its well-integrated modules work seamlessly to enhance efficiency, allowing me to maximise productivity without compromising accuracy or safety. The barcode scanning feature, in particular, has been invaluable in preventing look-alike sound-alike (LASA) errors, adding an extra layer of safety and quality assurance that’s essential.

TITAN has exceeded my expectations!!!!!
Feedback from pharmacist peers was great, so took the plunge!!!
New way of working in pharmacy, with barcode technology freeing up the pharmacist. It’s amazing how it allows you to be free from the dispensary, allowing the pharmacist to dedicate 90% of their time to services. No bottlenecks for the dispensary team waiting for the pharmacist to check!!!! If your PMR contract is up, I thoroughly recommend TITAN. It is so intuitive, the whole team picked it up in a morning of training. The other massive positive is if you call/email/live chat/whatsapp support, you get a response in 5 mins max. The help function within TITAN is spot on too, with screen shots or videos guiding you precisely. 3 weeks in, and we have not had any headaches. I can’t say this from previous experience with other PMR providers.

We have been Titan over 4 years. Moving to Titan has been a game changer for us. It has improved the efficiency how we dispense and label. Batch Flow in particular has really useful for this. One of the other stand out features is Titan X which has vastly reduced the number of clinical checks the pharmacists need to do. We have saved a considerable amount of pharmacist time using Titan which has allowed us to focus more on delivering services. The Titan support team is quick and efficient in responding to issues. Titan team also take feedback from the users and having a voting system which allows us to vote on feature requests. Moving across to Titan has been one of the best decisions we have made in recent years. Thank you Team Titan and keep up the excellence in innovation.

In such challenging times for pharmacy, switching to Titan was the best business decision that I ever made. Titan has saved us lots of pharmacist time allowing us to operate a 19k item pharmacy with just one pharmacist, freeing them up to deliver services and focus on patient care. Services such as Batch flow and Repeat flow have also saved a lot of staff time by automating key processes within the pharmacy. Brilliant PMR system and great support team!

By far the best PMR on the market so far. It has allowed me to actually be a Pharmacist and focus on patient care and services rather than a “checking and bagging robot”
It would be impossible for me to manage my current workload with any other PMR with just me as a single Pharmacist. With Titan I can manage what would usually take 2 Pharmacists using a traditional PMR. Gone are the days when I am chained to my checking bench or frantically bagging waiters. Patient satisfaction with our efficiency has been amazing as well

Since we started using the Titan PMR system, we’ve seen tremendous growth and efficiency in managing our prescriptions. Initially, we were handling around 13,000 items, but now we’ve scaled up to 34,000 with ease.
The system’s simplicity is one of its strongest features—you always know exactly where every prescription is in the process. This level of visibility allows us to stay organized and efficient, and it’s amazing how it helps us plan and manage our workload effectively.
What really stands out is the brilliant help desk and the personable team behind the system. They’re always ready to support and ensure everything runs smoothly. Titan PMR has honestly become somewhat addictive—we find ourselves constantly driven to reduce any outstanding tasks or “owings” to zero, thanks to how clear and streamlined the process is.
This system has truly transformed how we work, making it more manageable and enjoyable.

Titan have been excellent, professional and transparent throughout the whole processes. The implementation was spot on, we chose to have a remote installation and Maj and the team were excellent, very supportive and always happy to help. Titan PMR is revolutionary, I can see it being the standard for all Pharmacies in the future. No more printing, No baskets waiting to checked at the end of the day. With Titan X Ai learns your responses to clinical interaction and checks them for you and even corrects gramatical errors and latin abreviations ! The staff love it, and have quickly gotten used to it.

A complete game changer.
We joined Titan with our new pharmacy back in March 2020 and what a journey it has been.
Titan will make you completely rethink how your pharmacy operates.
Gone are the days of the pharmacist being the bottleneck in the dispensary, the piles of baskets waiting for you when you dare take a lunch break!
A simple, clean and efficient interface, where the emphasis is on safety and workflow.
Patient safety is paramount with Titan and that shines through with the barcode verification and various checks and balances out in place which can all but eliminate dispensing errors.
The constant tweaks, improvements, fixes, innovations and features are refreshing to see in what was typically a very stagnant software offering from the bulk of PMR providers.
Titan allows you as the pharmacist/owner to step away from the checking bench and focus on your patients. Whether it’s NHS or private patients; you’re not chained to that checking bench! All of this whilst you are safe in the comfort that the risk of a dispensing error is virtually zero.
The team at Titan are incredibly supportive, responsive and there when you need them. No pesky queues, tickets, ’24-48 hour resolution’, you can speak to a real person and actually feel heard with fixes forthcoming very promptly.

Never had I imagined that technology other than robots would reduce the workload of pharmacists until I had seen Titan. Whilst Titan is a total change in how the work flows in the pharmacy, I must admit that it is an exceptional and very forward thinking PMR. It does not just stop at that, Titan continues to make innovations whilst most of the other PMR are trying to catch up with what Titan implemented 5 years ago.
The team at Titan are easily available to help when there is a need. I have seen an exceptional improvement in support in the 2 years I have been with Titan .
In summary I can’t imagine myself going back to our previous PMR again.

As a first-time pharmacy owner I was completely sceptical about going for a PMR I had never heard of but it has been the best decision I have made by a long way! Big shout out to Saj contacted me within an hour of filling the enquiry form and spent so much time helping me iron out my concerns. He showed me demos, SOPs and pretty much held my hand to ensure our first day would be a walk in the park. The guy is such a supportive member of the team.
The entire team are so helpful and I have never felt alone since joining them – there is always someone who can guide me whether that be a hardware or software issue/question.
With this PMR your life as a pharmacist will completely change – I have been able to spend so much time focusing on private clinics without having to worry about checking scripts. The time this has freed up makes this PMR worth every penny.

Titan is by far the leading PMR system available to any pharmacy contractor. Not only their software far surpasses any other but their support team are the best I’ve worked with in my 20 year career in Pharmacy. I’m expecting even more exciting updates that allows Pharmacies and Pharmacists to provide strong front line support to the NHS, making us indispensable to the public. Titan PMR… What can I say?! Absolutely fantastic, from the initial point of contact to implementation to after care and support. AlI I have are positive things to say.
All the staff are incredibly helpful, from the implementation team to the support team.
A special mention to Saj, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, not just securing a contract and walking away, but has kept in touch regularly since implementation. His expertise and professionalism gave me assurance to approach the system with confidence.
A huge change for the pharmacy and what a transformation it has been! Piles of unorganised baskets a thing of the past, freeing me up to provide the services for which I have trained for. This is a company that truly believes in its product and is innovative beyond imagination. Titan PMR.. truly a Titan of the pharmacy industry!

We started with Titan in March 2024 and never looked back. We were apprehensive about the switch initially but now wish we had switched years ago. The barcode dispensing accuracy is excellent. The flow of work is now streamlined, knowing where every presciption is at every point and pressure taken out of the dispensing process.

Our experience with Titan PMR has been outstanding from start to finish. The initial setup was smooth, thanks to the excellent support we received from Saj and his team. The team stayed in constant contact during the onboarding process, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The first day of implementation was seamless, with exceptional onsite support to guide us through every step.
The ongoing support from the help desk team has been brilliant. Whenever we need assistance, there’s usually no wait time on the helpline, making it easy to get help quickly.
The Titan PMR system itself is incredibly streamlined and user-friendly, making the transition from our previous system much easier than expected. One of the best features is that it reduces the time pharmacists spend on accuracy checking by 80%. This allows them to focus more on providing essential NHS and private services, rather than spending their entire day on checks.
As a result, the quality of patient care and overall experience has improved significantly. We’re very pleased with Titan PMR and highly recommend it.

We’ve been using Titan Pharmacy PMR since March, and the impact has been remarkable. As one of the busiest pharmacies, handling over 20,000 prescription items monthly, we needed a system capable of managing our high volume with ease—and Titan Pharmacy PMR has exceeded our expectations.

We have been using Titan since 2019 and were one of the early adopters. Within a few weeks of starting to use the system we realised it’s benefits and installed at all 7 of our branches. Titan is not just a PMR, it’s a dispensary management system.
Titan has transformed our dispensaries in to calm, organised and efficient environments. The use of barcode technology ensures that the patient gets the right medicine, at the right time, with clear communication to the patient of their prescription journey.
Innovative features such as batch dispensing (Batch Flow), handout management (Titan Mobile) and on screen clinical checking has allowed us to drive efficiencies, creating time for our teams to spend with patients delivering NHS and private clinical services.
Titan’s repeat flow module in unrivalled amongst PMR systems, giving us complete control and visibility of the prescription ordering process.
Features such as patient tags, Power Mail, and Power BI integration are unique to Titan and gives the pharmacist complete control of their business, ensuring that patient care is forefront.
As the first system to be EPS accredited in Wales, we are already seeing the benefit and efficiencies it has created.

Titan is a fully NHS-accredited PMR system that fundamentally transforms pharmacy operations. It enhances patient safety, streamlines workflows, and allows pharmacists to focus on clinical services. Although the initial switch from our previous system was tough, the ongoing support from the Titan team has been exceptional. Overall, I appreciate the efficiencies and possibilities Titan brings to our practice

A great system with pharmacists in mind. As a busy branch I have found it has greatly reduced my work load and I am able to focus on the services and leave the dispensary and team to focus on that side of the pharmacy. Titan has many features some of which are 3d bar code scanning, allowing pharmacist to provide the initial clinical check and a straight forward prescription can be then scanned labelled bagged and put on the shelf without the need for a pharmacist to be involved. There are many more features but definitely allow pharmacist to free up time for services has been a clear move in the right direction

We were one of the relatively early adopters for Titan, having used it for about 4 years now. What can I say? It is without doubt the best decision we made when we moved from rxweb to titan pmr. What’s so great about it?
Read on!
1. SAFETY built in. With bar code validation, which is fully integrated into the core dispensing process (ie NOT an “add on” module bolted on afterwards), LASA errors are a thing of the past. We KNOW and can PROVE our dispensing is safer than non titan pharmacies. Our patients are safe and our processes are safe. Less stress for the teams
2. EFFICIENCY- we can delegate the various elements of the dispensing process to the right staff with the right skills. We are making more effective use of our skill mix, driving productivity and efficiency
3. PHARMACIST TIME – we have freedom up huge amounts of pharmacist time by allowing pharmacists to do only the bits they NEED to ( the clinical check). So our pharmacists are able to focus on services, (NHS and PRIVATE) and patient advice. Ie the key drivers of profitability in our pharmacy
4. TECHNOLOGY /AI – Further simplifying our processes in a safe, auditable way
5. STRESS reduction – no more random baskets lying around, no more hunt the basket games. We KNOW where all prescriptions are in the dispensing process at any time. From inbox through to what shelf/shelves the packages are on upon completion., and all stages in between.
6. NO MORE paper. No EPS tokens are printed anymore. We are a paperless pharmacy. The savings in toner alone are worth a kings ransom. With a secondary benefit of being greener and no random tokens bring left lying around.
7. Full audits – we can see who had done what for every prescription , every item, every label, every package, every time. From clinical check, through to who package what, into which bag, through to who handed the package to the patient. Every stage of the process is fully audited. Patients claiming we missed out their diazepam from their package is a thing of the past!
8. Titan LISTEN to customer. They are very accessible, take on feedback, have a community voting system, deliver and develop solutions customers ask for, and exceed those expectations.
9. Excellent support networks. WhatsApp groups, WhatsApp support, phone support, email support, online support. All the bases are covered.
10. Our stressed environment is no more! Volumes gave gone up, stress has gone down and we can focus on profitable, stress free growth.
