We have been Titan over 4 years. Moving to Titan has been a game changer for us. It has improved the efficiency how we dispense and label. Batch Flow in particular has really useful for this. One of the other stand out features is Titan X which has vastly reduced the number of clinical checks the pharmacists need to do. We have saved a considerable amount of pharmacist time using Titan which has allowed us to focus more on delivering services. The Titan support team is quick and efficient in responding to issues. Titan team also take feedback from the users and having a voting system which allows us to vote on feature requests.
