Titan have been excellent, professional and transparent throughout the whole processes. The implementation was spot on, we chose to have a remote installation and Maj and the team were excellent, very supportive and always happy to help. Titan PMR is revolutionary, I can see it being the standard for all Pharmacies in the future. No more printing, No baskets waiting to checked at the end of the day. With Titan X Ai learns your responses to clinical interaction and checks them for you and even corrects gramatical errors and latin abreviations ! The staff love it, and have quickly gotten used to it. Thanks Titan keep up the good work!
