Never had I imagined that technology other than robots would reduce the workload of pharmacists until I had seen Titan. Whilst Titan is a total change in how the work flows in the pharmacy, I must admit that it is an exceptional and very forward thinking PMR. It does not just stop at that, Titan continues to make innovations whilst most of the other PMR are trying to catch up with what Titan implemented 5 years ago. The team at Titan are easily available to help when there is a need. I have seen an exceptional improvement in support in the 2 years I have been with Titan . In summary I can’t imagine myself going back to our previous PMR again.
