I really liked having and using Analyst
The touchscreen is nice to have, especially when using the integrated ePOS (which is very nice to have! But is an optional paid extra)
But my favourite part was the different “wizards” that existed for being able to log things like patient safety interventions or clinical services (such as NMS). The record keeping aspect here was superior to any other PMR I’ve used and made things a lot better in terms of recording all the right details in the right way. It also meant that you could manage NMS a lot better because you could record the patient consent and easily manage your calendar for when interventions and follow-ups are due.
I’d definitely recommend Analyst with the integrated ePOS for any pharmacy, if they’re busy enough to be able to afford it.
