We’ve been using Cambrian Alliance (E-cass pharmacy software) for a long time and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has significantly streamlined our ordering system in the pharmacy. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their exceptional support team. A special shoutout to Jagmail, who has been incredibly efficient and helpful every step of the way. Whether it’s a quick question or a more complex issue, Jagmail is always prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring we get the most out of the software. Highly recommend!

Very useful platform to order and check prices from multiple wholesalers.
Interactive daily drug price alerts and stock alerts to keep on top of price fluctuations in the market.
Monthly fee, which increases annually.
Great support team who deal with issues promptly and overall an easy and user friendly platform.

I find ordering from the e-cass web so easy and useful – means I just have to place my order in ONE portal rather than looking for cheaper products from all the suppliers. I love it.

I had an absolutely brilliant interaction with Jag today. He was very kind and acknowledged my request and managed to resolve my question straight away. He is an asset to your company!
We use Ecass on a daily basis and find it a system that is clear and easy to use.
