Warning to all pharmacies considering Healthera! We were mis-sold the subscription by a sales team that overpromised and underdelivered. When we raised concerns on Day1 it became clear this product isn't even suitable for our pharmacy. We've been passed from pillar to post, and now we're being told we're locked into a one-year contract with no way out. We haven't used it, won’t ever use it, and it's the worst money we've spent. To others: don’t trust the sales pitch — once you sign, you’ll be left with no support. I’ll keep warning others so they don’t fall into the same trap.
