We’ve been using PharmacyX for about a year now - the install was the best we’ve ever experienced which is so important as this really is a system not an IT swap. The PharmacyX system provides a dashboard so you know exactly where you are in the dispensary workflow - the dispensary team can now run the show confidently. Apart from clinical checks and physical checks of medicines you determine, the pharmacist is free to focus on clinical services. This system is not about reducing staff but empowering the team to focus on efficiency and service. I’m looking forward to being a small part of PharmacyX’s development.
