There are so many digital solutions for pharmacies out their now so when choosing one I look for what other pharmacies are saying about the company and product and how good the follow up customer service is as tech invariably does break and the difference is how quickly the company can resolve the issue and get it working again. The Clara Team are genuinely so helpful and I’m confident that any questions I need to ask will be responded to very quickly and with live support the process is made so so simple. The platform consists of a very clean, modern and crisp functionality and is all cloud based, being very straight forward to use. With its many features to save your pharmacy teams time and generate extra revenue eg intuitive electronic CD register, appointments booking calendar with integrated practice management platform with a host of the most popularly PGDs and IP bridge, compliance recording logs for errors/near miss recording you can’t go wrong and the price point per module is very reasonable for the amount of functionality you get. PMR integrations make it even easier to use and with live support and training articles if needed, our staff just love it! Can’t recommend it enough for any others on the fence.
