I have now set up PharmacyX in both our branches, the team have been amazing through install and are always on hand to help with any follow up queries. The system is extremely efficient and allows for seamless dispensary workflow. Our staff use the dashboard to navigate the work that needs to be done and allows us to stay ahead of our workload. From a prescribing pharmacist view, PharmacyX has freed up plenty of my time to offer clinical services. I can offer double figure appointments in a working day without being overrun as a single pharmacist.
