terrible. steep learning curve and not user friendly, i felt alienated using it.

I used this for a good number of years but not recently (I believe it has had a bit of a makeover recently!)
Functionally it works well for dispensing and also for MARs I think
As far as I’m aware, despite it having had a makeover there is still no support for NMS which was a real pain to manage from a clinical governance perspective; had to write everything out on paper and just make a reference to it within the PMR entry
